User provided information

The Application obtains information that you provide when you download, register for and use it. This may include:

• Your full name and email address when you register and use the Application.

• Information entered into the Application, including likes, downloads and gradients you create.

Automatically collected information

The Application may automatically collect information such as:

• Your mobile operating system and mobile internet browser type.

Access to your Google account

This service allows the Application to connect with your account on the Google network, as provided by Google.

Users are responsible for any personal data belonging to third parties that they obtain, publish or share through the Application. Users confirm that they have the third party’s consent to provide that data to STOKiE.

Precise real time location

We use information about you for the following purposes, in accordance with the legal basis applicable to each type of personal data:

1. To provide, personalize and improve the products and services you request.
2. To send related information that you request or agree to receive.
3. To provide and maintain the Application experience.
4. To send technical notices, updates, security alerts, support messages and administrative communications.
5. To provide news and information about the Application.
6. To monitor and analyze use of the Application.

We retain user provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable period afterward. Automatically collected information may be retained for up to 24 months and may then be stored in aggregate form.

• To server hosting, content delivery network, database and other service providers that support normal Application operations.

Opt out of all information collection by uninstalling the Application

You can stop information collection by uninstalling the Application. You may use the standard uninstall process available on your mobile device or through the relevant mobile application marketplace or network.

Where we rely on your consent to process specific personal information, you may withdraw that consent at any time by contacting android-support@stokie.app or by using the available controls in the Application settings.

We do not knowingly use the Application to solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that a child has provided personal information without consent, they should contact android-support@stokie.app. We will delete the information from our records within a reasonable period.

We are committed to safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We use physical, electronic and procedural safeguards designed to protect the information we process and maintain.

Access is limited to authorized employees and contractors who need the information to operate, maintain or improve the Application. Although we work to provide reasonable security, no security system can prevent every potential breach.
